Since January 2019, Tobias Schiwek is responsible for the international business of Europe’s leading online video company Divimove, which is part of the RTL Group, as CEO. The company is a pioneer, strategic advisor and content producer in the realm of digital video for channels, platforms and brands alike and simultaneously manages Europe’s largest network of influencers with more than 900 partners in Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Spain. Previously, Schiwek worked as Chief Digital Officer at UFA and Managing Director of digital studio UFA X, which is part of Divimove today. Before joining UFA, the digital strategist had founded several media industry startups and provided consulting for established industries on the topic of digital change (book industry, telecommunications, insurance). On top of that he used to serve as an angel investor and mentor for several international startups. As a university lecturer he regularly speaks on entrepreneurship and digital transformation. Schiwek studied political sciences and economics in Mannheim and Milan.
